TWL.org Problems

I didn't really know who to send this issue to or where to post it, so I thought this might be the best place.

Are any captains of any squads having problems with uploading new images to their squad's roster page in the TWL.org website?

I am trying to upload a .GIF image that is under the regulation size and dimensions that the picture needs to be, but when i select the path and hit "Submit" my browsers just idles for a while and I get a CGI error message sooner or later.

Please help me.
