How do I get other fonts

What I think are supposed to be Chinese or what not languages, all I see are "???"

If someone could post some deely on how to make them show up, would be appreciated.

if you have them installed and you're in IE, it's
View > Encoding > More > Chinese ..etc

Firefox i think it's in View>Character Encoding

You need to install the appropriate language packs, I think you can find them on Microsoft's site
