Here's the deal. I have a Creative Zen Micro. It plays mp3 and wma files just fine.
The problem: I have a bunch of m4a files that it won't play. Is there a possibility that I can get a change in software (looking at the creative website is an exercise in futility) or will I have to go the long extended route of converting all those files to mp3?
