But you can never have DVD quality if the file were and mpeg or any other
low-quality video format.
That would be like convert CD music to Mp3 format, and then back on a audio CD. It would not sound as the original.Comment

Nero Vision can do what you're looking for, but it will not do it for all the formats you listed, such as realmedia (.rm) files - as a workaround to this you can search for an rm to avi (or mpg) converter, and then import it into vision.CAPS LOCK IS CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOLComment
