I am going to buy a new monitor, and was wondering which of these two should I get:

The second one is 19inch and cheaper, but I'm not too good at examining the specs to see if it's worth it to get this one. I noticed the response time was very very slightly slower, but would 4ms difference really have much effect?

I would go for the 2nd 1 although the 1st one got better ms.

But 19 inch is always good, specially under 200 pounds. and 500:1 contrast is good enough.

I'll see how much I get for my birthday, and if I get enough, might get the newer version of that 19in which is better response and about £170

Shitty 15inch CRT. The reason I want a new (flat) monitor is cause my desk is pretty small. I have a TV on it too, which can act as a secondary monitor if I really want it to.
