Problems with packetloss

Im getting problems with my packetloss, getting lagout of wbduel, dd, javs etc...
I use RADIO internet connection, shared with my building 256k link
I wanna know if there are any way to fix this?

PING Current:220 ms Average:200 ms Low:180 ms High:280 ms S2C: 0.8% C2S: 0.2%
PING Current:220 ms Average:210 ms Low:180 ms High:250 ms S2C: 2.4% C2S: 0.1%
PING Current:230 ms Average:210 ms Low:180 ms High:250 ms S2C: 1.3% C2S: 0.1%

My packetloss really varies from time to time
If anyone can give me some help, thanks
