What are your computer specs?
What res are you playing at?
Full-screen or windowed?
Do you still get low FPS when you reboot your computer and only startup SS?
Do you have any spyware/crapware messing around?
Did you ever get a decent FPS before?Comment

yep still get low fps
I think i use to get better fps as a smaller res.
