Hey guys. I tried CloneCD, didn't work. I thought it was the Disc 2 itself...I beat Disc 2 using the original (boy I played alot to get through it fast) and it worked fine. The only times Disc2 (the one I burned) froze up was when it was about to load a FMV. Should I just borrow someone else's FF8 Disc2 and burn that?

Speaking of FTPs, do you guys have some good ones? I can't find anywhere that has SOF2ouble Helix. Also, I am trying to find a crack for Operation Flashpoint v1.0. For some reason every crack i try won't work. =(

and best of all, I got SubSpace for free. Muahaha. Don't you just love CD writers? I didn't have to burn SubSpace in case you're wondering. My 56k can handle 5MB.

Also: (I'm lazy to make another topic), where can I download emulators? Specifically SNES I think, or whatever console Tales of Phantasia is on? <-- Where can I find that game too?

Did you use ClonyXXL along with it?
CloneCD is no good if you don't know the exact settings, to know the exact settings you have to know what typ of copyprotection is used (i.e. SafeDisc/SafeDisc2 etc).
ClonyXXL can analyse a cd to see what kind of copyprotection is used. The information on what settings to use for the reading of the original and the writing to the cd-r can then be stored in a sort of profile. If you load this profile in clonecd you shouldn't have any problems.

There are several new methods being incorporated into today's software to make the copying of the CD difficult if not near impossible. CloneCd hardly can burn any cd. Although it works well I've ran into CDs I can't simply make a copy of with my very nice Plextor. There are other methods of making a copy, but this is not a totally legal topic so figure it out for yourself.

I've not yet encountered any problems using CloneCd.
But, it is becoming increasingly difficult to copy a Cd/Cd-Rom.
Still, there will always be a way...

Well, I don't copy games for myself, I usually always buy them.
I only copy my games for friends, or to be able to run them on my LAN (like with RA2: Yuri's Revenge).
