    No signal - Troubles getting new comp work

    I bought Acer Aspire E360 Athlon 64 3800+ DU yesterday.

    I started putting it up today, but there was a problem that my monitor couldnt get a signal of the computer, or the other way around, so I cant get the computer work.

    It's getting annoying.

    It's a totally new computer, but I tried if it worked with 2 different monitors, and neither of them worked. However the monitors work well on other computers I use, so I dont know what's going on.

    Barton thought that the problem was on the gfx card, but until I call customer service tomorrow, I'm not starting to change it, and I'm not even sure if I have a spare one at my home.

    Anyone get any ideas to how to get it work?

        Got this figured out as I called the customer service.

        Uncommon, but on this computer there was a piece that needed to be attached to the DVI port, instead of the cable from monitor directly into VGA port.

        Put the piece to the DVI port and then the cable was attachable to that, and I got it fixed.
