    Hi,

    I have this pretty "old" video camera and when I put the video's i've made on my pc, i want them to be .avi files. It generates wmv files now, but i want instant AVI files! Any Help?

    Google was too difficult for me

    How do you put the video files on your pc? By copy/pasting or do you use some software ?
    If you use some software to do it then try to search the software for encoding the video into divx or xvid format which generates an .avi file. (Other encodings also generate an .avi file.)
