I keep getting disconnected Im not sure why but it happens alot when I get warped as a shark in ?go base.

Is it actually disconnected or does Continuum close completely?

Try to delete everything, from uninstalling Continuum and removing the map in C:\Program Files\Continuum.
And download Continuum again.
Maybe something went wrong while installing Continuum but won't get removed by updating.
