Does anyone have a clue how to delete temporary internet files / cookies on an Apple-machine?

I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal... -
I've never used a Mac in my life, so take what I suggest with a grain of salt. As a windows user, any time I needed to find anything or find out how to do anything, I kinda just went to google and searched for it... I mean, maybe people on here will be able to help you, but not everyone on this game is exactly... friendly.
