Help me out with this work order we have.

When you go to mapquest, get your directions, but want a printer-friendly version, you simply hit the printer-friendly link and it displays...

Here at work, when someone hits that button, it just shows a blank page and says its done loading. Now if I copy the URL, close IE completely, reopen IE, and paste it in the address bar, it works fine. WTF? Any ideas?
