Ban Error

The game was very glitchy while I was trying to play, I logged out and when I tried to log back in, recieved a message that I was "banned". I've sent an email request and have not recieved any response.
I think this is a technical error because the game was glitchy while I was playing, I was only playing for 10 min, and I was playing the base terrier.
None of my actions constituted "banning".
I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, but that didn't fix it.
I started playing in 1998 and have NEVER recieved even a warning for any actions.
Can someone please fix.
