A hijackthis

My Dad owns his own surveying business and uses AutoCad and similar program regularly. Recently a virus made its way onto his computer and, despite two months of security software and other attempts, refuses taming. I told him I would run a hijackthis and post it here, with the hope that maybe, just maybe, someone might be kind enough to help, before he erases everything and loses all the settings for his programs (the important files are backed up). the space in hpztsb0 9.exe makes it look suspicious. It should just be the taskbar utility, so if you try killing it, nothing bad should happen

last week my onboard video went out, everything was fuzzy as hell. i called geek squad just for shits and giggles and the guy told me it was my hard drive.
