Re-Formatting IBM ThinkPad 2374

I tried to install a version of Windows XP I got from a torrent. However, after I installed it, none of the network cards or wireless network hardware could be installed, and so they dont function...

Does anyone have an IBM ThinkPad T40 recovery CD that they could give to me in .iso form or know another copy of Windows XP that might solve these issues?

Have you checked the IBM site for the specific drivers of your Thinkpad notebook?
