Dcme Problem

Someone was asking me how to fix this problem, since i have no idea ill post it here.

The problem is he is having problems when downloading/running dcme

[Oct 27 16:04] Wizler: this error message keeps popping up/ "run-time error '339': Component comdlg32.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

any solutions?
