Ban dispute?

This is probably a bad place to post this but..

How often do the emails sent to the ban dispute address get read?
I sent one in, it may have been a week ago I can't remember..

I have this recurring problem where i'm instantly banned when zoning in occasionally.. last time I was told that the 'ban bot' or whatever confused me for another player.. so i'm assuming the same thing happened here.

If whoever could read the e-mail or talk to me on AIM or something that would be great.

You'll have to keep using your other PC(s) for the meantime sport. I'm still collecting data on that ban. Could be a coule more weeks before you get to use that particular one, if all goes well that is.
