I never wrote my name with all capital letters, always Frank The Tank!, and website or bot is screwing it up. I reset my name, and registered again, didn't solve the problem. Any thing else to do?

The bot records your name exactly as it is when the bot gets
your username info from the server in SubSpace...
So at some point you had it in all caps, and registered.
Removing your name doesn't actually remove your profile from twd site,
only your player details for when you play in game.
This was made by our predecessors, i assume for legacy/history purposes..

Maybe I registered the name on the billing server with all capital. And TWD registering system get the name from the billing server and not what is currently in game, possible! doh!Comment

Just to let you know, your name has been changed.
For the others, understand that these change are made somewhere deep in the database. We need to reverse engineer the user ID to retrieve the username and it can take a few hours. And I don't tell you all the risk we take playing on a real-time database. Because of that, we won't allow any change except if your name is uppercased like Frank.TW Bot Developer
