Help my lag pls

Ok so here is my average lag:

WHAT THE FUCK??? I turned off wireless zero and shit, yes I'm on wireless.

The kicker here is this: I own a mac and run a virtual machine for windows so I have no idea what to do. My computer wasn't always like this and I really don't want to have to re-download windows.

Oh another thing, the two fans in my laptop are broken , would the processor's get so hot that it would affect the gameplay? I mean it's 2D spaceships.
