Lost a name
If you have entered a valid and active e-mail address when registering your name, you can use ?lostpassword <name> to have a new password for <name> e-mailed to you. For example; ?lostpassword Maverick .
If you haven't entered a valid/active e-mail address or you aren't getting an e-mail with a new password, you need to request a password reset at the Billing Support Center (address see below).
You will need your current username, a valid e-mail address, your home zone, the username lost, and any additional information you can give the operators to help resolve your issue faster.

If you lost your squad, due to name reset, or lost password of owner name and an active member of the squad can verify you as the owner, then contact a billing operator directly or create a ticket at the Billing Support Center (address see below).
