No zone list :(

I logged on to continuum and I received a notification that I was banned (tw ban). I have been banned a couple times for no apparent reason. (I have been given the explanation that I keep getting caught in other people's bans.) I then entered Extreme Games and asked for help. Magi Koz asked for my ban id and as I logged off EG to double check the id my computer crashed with the blue screen of death. I restarted my computer and started continuum only to find my entire zone list missing. I tried to re-dowload the zones but I received a message telling me that I was unable to retrieve a new zone listing and to make sure that I was using one or more valid directory server addresses (example:sscentral.subspace.net). It also informed me to make sure that I was connected to the internet. I tried to use the suggested server address and it still was unable retrieve a new zone listing. Any suggestions?

P.S A removal of that ban would be great too

I actually currently have this problem. there's something wrong with me pc which i'm getting sorted out; but the zone list does not work and i've lost all of my profile list.

Any ideas on how to fix this and/or prevent this?

reinstall continuum to c:\continuum instead of in "program files"

I've tried there ssdirs but still all my zones are red.. what is wrong?!

Right click and select Run As.. and select Administrator
