How to add a custom resolution to continuum?

Hello,

I have a dell laptop with windows 7 x64 that does 1600x900. For the sake of playing dd/ld, I would like to use 1440x900 windowed for continuum, but there is no such option available. I did tick 'display default resolutions' in advanced options but it still had no effect. If anybody could give me a hand with this, i would really appreciate it.

Try ticking Software Emulation too.

Also, make sure your desktop resolution is higher than what you want to play Continuum on. You may want make it 1440x900 and see if Continuum allows you that option.
