    How do I get rid of notifications?

    I'm trying to reject someone's friend request, but it still keeps coming up in my notifications, and won't go away. I keep selecting the stupid 'Reject Guy' button and then 'Save Changes', but their request stays there... taunting me.

    edit: Tried going for the switcheroo accept-friend-then-delete-them deal, and that doesn't work either. HLEP!
