Internet cuts out when I download things

edit: nvm. realized i have too many peers connected and my ISP drops my connection. I guess they realize im torrenting

I made it so I only connect with 15 peers. I want to find the limit.

double edit: I used to have this issue with Continuum, and I think other people (like TABARNAK!!! ?) have it as well. I wonder how many connections there are from my computer when playing the game?

Anyone know someone with that kind of information? Or is able to find out?
