high ploss and s2c/c2s

My connection finally got upgraded,big woop.
Turns out there are more problems now than benefits.

i'll bite... how in the hell is that bad lag? I must be missing something..

anyway... if you just upgraded your connection and are having issues i'd contact the ISP as there is probably some issue with what they did or something needs replaced.

What do you mean by this? The ?lag looks fine and so does the trace (don't worry about 13 and 14 it's just because hopone doesn't allow you to ping their servers)

i have a somewhat similar problem, average 60ms ping, and NORMALLY have s2c and c2s of 0.0%, but sometimes, the "C2S" is 14.0% or higher.. meaning i cannot play at all! and idk whats causing it, i've run speed test, and everything is still acting normal, so is it my connection to TW server? if so, why is it just sometimes and not all of the time?
