There 2 computer shops here in town that i am gonna check out once i ditch this throat infection, fucking doctor gave me shit pills that haven't worked yet, i'm afeared!

but i don't know what's wrong with it.

either the power source (doubtful) or i cracked the mobo somehow.

but is all fires up and all the lights come on, nothing comes up on the monitor and yeah all i hear is the fan running.

Its either the Mobo or your power supply. If you get power to it but wont boot then its like 99.9% your mobo. If you take it to a shop they will figure out whats wrong with it.

its the power source, happened to me before.

The power supply is providing power to the mobo but the mobo is now defective and usless after being damaged. You could try testing it outside of the case but really a professional should do it.

that is the mobo. i did it and was messing around trying to replace things like the graphics card etc. but i could not get it working. replacing the mobo is a pain but it gave me the excuse to upgrade
