Same Nicknames (PROBLEM)

Hey Guys
I have a problem...
There is a person calling himself Tyson who just recently created his nickname. He pretty much dislikes me but thats not the point.
During a match against his squad(Diabolic). while the first round was in progress he kept on specing which created a laging scream on my computer , while I was owning them and going 9-6 the bot switched me with Tyson who was going 9-10 and said
Tyson_Bitbeast is out with 9 wins and 10 losses
The bot has switched Tyson_Bitbeast and Tyson records
I don't know if I typed all of this clear so that everyone can understand , I hope this problem gets fixed
otherwise this type of stuff is declared in my mind cheating

Yea, that match was pretty weird. If anything, I say the result should not count.

The matchbot will sometimes assume names like if you had someone with a name Player56467434, saying to the bot !add player:1, it will add Player56467434.
