Can't get into TW in particular..

Yesterday, for some odd reason my continuum client must of crashed because when I came back from breakfast I noticed it wasn't running. After examining the..trace..thing with shaddowknight, he tells me that the connection is just too poor, it was like 95% something I forget. Anywho the ping is only 90, yet it will not connect me to Trenchwars or Hockeyzone when I try, and suggestions, anyone else have these kind of problems ever?

Post trace data, post data from doing "pingpath [zone-ip]" (both in working and not working situation) and your internet setting and setup, then we can talk.
