ok from time to time my computer just plays adds for movies that are coming out in theaters pretty soon, there is no window poping up, no pictues are shown, all i hear is the sound of like a comercial...anyone know wtf this is and how i can fix it?

Chances are it's the AIM buddy window--they've started playing dumb little movie trailers where the ads go. It freaked me out too. Just close the buddy window (unless you really need it open) and only open it if you need to get ahold of someone.

If you don't have AIM, I don't know what it could be.
