"Connection to server lost"

Hey, have a small problem. I´m trying to install SS on a friends computer but it only works good until its time to enter an arena.
We get the "Connetion to server lost"-message and return to start screen.

We live in the same building and my own SS works perfect.
He got neither a bad lag or a (overly) crappy computer.

Fast help would be appreiciated.

Are you by any chance trying to log into Trench Wars? Try a few different zones, TW is down right now.

If not try disabling his fire wall and turn off his XP fire wall if he is using the XP Os.
