Graphics Problem

Hi, after rebooting, I noticed my graphics on some games have blue, red and green hints on them.
I'm on a GeForce 4 MX 420 64mb and the latest drivers havent helped.
Does anyone know of a patch that can help this?
It is hard to spot but I have attached a screenshot of this (i dont know why its so dark - must be call of duty's fault):

Hmmm You could try searching for a new driver for the card. Also check the monitor plug in, make sure it's secure. Hmmm

yeah, i have the latest drivers for my card, i only just searched last week. I had this problem once before, It appears most on fog, like on SoFII. Hmmm ill keep searching
