flashy screen

On one of my computers the screen flashes and I can't see anything unless I play windowed. I don't want to play windowed because diffrent programs overlap it sometimes during DDs and such. Is there anyway to fix this?

probably a fried video card. Change your settings, lower colour,res etc.
