I'm trying to get a friend connected to trench, I'm over at his house. He's got cable, but for some reason all the zones come up as red. He can access internet through IE, so I don't know what the problem is. Anyone have some insight? Possibly network/internet options?

Turn off his Fire wall if he has one then configure it to let Continuum pass. Also disable the XP fire wall (if that's his Operating system).
