Need A Forum Program

i have a website and i wanted to add a forum but i don't know which one

i need a free one i don't care about ads

and i need a one without a php codes
my hosting server doesn't permit these codes

www.boardnation.com is pretty decent. They host the free board for you, and you get a certain amount of space. You can customize it however you want (colours/backgrounds, etc). I recommend them.
