    just check ur program files/continuum/graphics
there is a ships.bmp somewhere there and check the *roll.bmp as well
I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal...

Yeah, sorry, i should've explained more. I don't mean the ship graphics, i mean the settings of BulletSpeed, BulletFireEnergy etc. for each ship.

In Subspace they were stored in a local .cfg file. I don't know where they are or how to get them in continuum.

you would probably have to ask a sysop or maybe smod about that.

They don't give them out, but someone leaked them to Annux and he spammed them on the forums about 2 months ago I guess. I got them, but I think they might be the old shipsettings (different lev I think).

The person who owned the temp server when TW was last DDOSed gave those settings to Annux. It was removed about 30 mins after posted. PoId also leaked the settings a long time ago. The .lvz is also on www.trenchwars.org/downloads (trench3.lvz). I'm not sure if the lvz will work though or even if that's what you're looking for.....

Contact the TWDev team. Submit your map and they can test it. ..I think..

I'm sure they have the settings..

                  Thanks for the info.

I wanted the tw settings so I could test out maps offline using subspace 1.35 (which has a play offline option) just to try out different things without having to host the maps somewhere (or submit them to tw).

Using subspace 1.35, you can try out any map you make and the ship settings can be changed to pretty much whatever you want, you just edit a text .cfg file to change a ship's settings (there may be an easier way to try out maps but I don't know it).

I don't really see why the tw settings need to be kept secret??

I can't see anyone making Trenchwars II, for copyright reasons if nothing else. And wouldn't anyone who played trenchwars using subspace 1.35 have the settings easily accessable on their computer?

You can't play in TW on SS anymore, it won't even let you connect.

Glacier, that's because it's settings are set to "Continuum only"

lol, i tried for 2 1/2 months straight to get tw's settings, its not worth it (you can easily recreate tw's settings, me and zengrath recrated them almost perfect in 3 days, he prolly still has the cfg if u wanna ask him) but why go to a zone with tw like settings when you can go to tw? <3 <3 <3
