Damn lag!!

ever since i system restored my computer ive been lagging badly in tw ...its not like my ploss is Extremely high or anything, my c2s is at 0.2 usaully and my s2c is at 0.2 as well so can anyone tell me what i can do to fix this crap thnx

no, it isn't, I usually have .3 .2 and it's just enough lag for me to not see half the enemy shots.
