i can't get into tw

Yea...I finally decided to give in and make a post about my problems...
So, for about 3 weeks now, I can't get into tw...
I've lost my spot on staff and my squad due to it always being down for me...now my question is: Can anyone help me?

Here are the details:
All other zones except for tw work
Tw is red and does not even have a ping
I traced it and it says I should have a 220 ping
I traced it from a command prompt and it says i should have 240 ping
I tried deleting and redownloading tw from the server directory list
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling continuum
I tried uninstalling and deleting continuum and then redownloading and installing it
When I go to download zones, TW says it has 382 people, but when I press "OK", tw is still down.


I have no idea what hell is happening...

i'm having problems with lag and logging into some zones too, i know your from jersey too so mabey your goin through someof the routers im goin through, i think thats whats screwin me up so thats probably your problem too.

first off, long time no see
2nd thing, to help you out. Ok lemmi c, do you have more than one computer in your hose? If so, try TW on them. If you cannot get in, it might be your internet server. If you can its your comp.
Now, If you dont have more then 1 comp, then you have few options. 1. Format comp. lol dont go wit this unless nessisary
2. Try to install subspace in its own folder if not already.
Befor this though, do you have windows ? i hope so. do START, FIND or somethin like that. Type in subspace, then continuum, then other related terms. Whatever you find, delete it. So now you have 0 objects that relaite to subspace on ur comp.
3. Do you have a virus checker? If not, I recommend nortan ANTI virus. If you do, then call them up and check whats up. Mabe you dont have the latest versoin.

yeah i had that same issue a while ago..

thing is the only people cut off were those who used my cable company in my area..

it was really strange. it turned out to be a router that a local ISP shut off due to excess spam from that region

i had my friend contact them and they put it back up

the problem is specific to you and will probably be related to your path.. try and pinpoint that isp, my friend did the traceroute for me so i can't really give you any directions on that.. though i'm sure someone on this forum can
