Joining a server
it wont let me join a server it keeps saying something about a password and lets disconnects plz help me
now it keeps saying "connection to server lost" HELP!

If it says something about the password it means that the username you are trying to connect with has another password than the one you have put into the profile (i.e. it's already owned by someone else)
If it says "Connection to server lost" it means you are trying to connect with a username which is not allowed. Usernames starting with any special characters are not allowed in SS, the first character must be a letter or a number. After the first letter, however, you can pretty much use what you like.
