another, another keyboard problem?!?!

Ok, I rebooted my PC because it was getting clogged and stuff etc etc.. and everything is fine except one issue, the keyboard!

The keyboard is stuck on United States layout, but I want it on United Kingdom layout.

Shift + Alt doesnt seem to work either, is there some other way of changing it?

Go to the control panel. Click regional settings. You should find what you are looking for from there.
