  • LCD / TFT screen problems

I got a new screen a few months ago. I noticed a problem with this screen when I play Continuum.

When I see grey, dark green or some other dark colors (but not black) screen starts "lagging". I cannot read the names of enemies while I am flying and using afterburner (or how was it spelled, key: SHIFT).

Any ideas is there a way to fix this problem? Or any other tips?
My video card is ATI Radeon 9800XT.

I'm not for sure. Try increasing your brightness. Also see if your screen came with some drivers. If you do have the drivers installed, check your display proberties/ Settings so see if you can change your display from a normal monitor to a LCD one.
People who are rather more than six feet tall and nearly as broad across the shoulders often have uneventful journeys. People jump out at them from behind rocks then say things like, "Oh. Sorry. I thought you were someone else."

The problem of TFT screens are the refresh rate.
The worse possible combination you almost can have with that screen the contract ratio with white and black, thus subspace is one of the worst games for a TFT screen. Some stuff will blur since the screen cant keep up.
And black is never really black on that screen, since the brightness still has an effect on it.
Your problem can't really be solved, or just buy a CRT screen.

Bleen means, get a better TFT (CRTs are passe)

Wadi, TFT's always have that problem i just described. Even the best TFT has it, even it may not be very noticable.

              Not really.
I still prefer CRT over TFT, you just can't beat the quality of a good CRT monitor.

Well, I have to edit Continuum orginal tilesets then. Make all bullets white etc.
