How do you protect your computer?

Hi all,
my computer here (which is used mostly by my 2 sisters) has a lot of stuff on it, and in my opinion those are all useless programmes, probably spyware and stuff like that.
Which programmes do you use to protect your computer against spyware and viruses? I only use Norton 2003, Zonelab and Spywareblaster, but I think they don't kill all the spyware...
Which programmes do you use (free editions!)???

I use adaware from lavasoft.com for my spyware detector,
I use AVG from .... I can't remember where for my virus scans and I use a router for a hardware firewall.

If they are the only ones using the computer and thats running Windows2000/XP, i would lock them in a 'no privileges' mode. So you should be there when they need something to install.
