MMR Aliasing Update

We have discussed the recent increase in players changing their twd registration to restart at 3k mmr on new names and determined that this completely breaks the system. Moving forward once a player has played games on an alias they will not be permitted to play mmr on any other alias until a reset happens (no idea when that will be). If you suspect a player is aliasing, you should report them and we will look into it.
