    Possible bug in twbd

    I have noticed over the last few games i have sharked that i lag out right after our terr dies. happened about 4 times in one game, each lagout was immediately following our terr's death. happened in other games too just not as bad, maybe cause brookus never dies. but i ?lag'ed and i got what i normally get

    something funky is definitely going on here. anyone else been having this problem?

    That is pretty impossible. It is just a coincidence, because when you lagout, the Continuum client specs you; it has nothing to do with TWBD or the bots or anyone else.

      I have the lag problem where i have normal lag but get specced a ton..
      but I think it is coincidence that u lag out when terr dies..
      Or maybe it just makes u a little laggy.. hehe

        it is not a coincidence. it has happened 7 or 8 times, all of them identical. it said i spiked, and my high ping is less than 100.

          check ?ping instead of ?lag first off. You may be getting some weirdness when attaching while the terr respawns. In any case, it's not a trench thing, it's a continuum thing.

            I have pretty much the same problem, but to a lesser degree. I usually have the same ping/lag that you have but according to other players when I am playing, I seem to be constantly jumping and eating or even killing people without them actually seeing me doing anything.

            Another thing is that what Mobey said in another post about him having 800 ping in TW and yet was fine in other zones. What's up with that?

            I figure I should replace my old cable modem even though my cable provider says my connection is fine.

              Khako, TW has more ppl, and an independant server i believe- its lag will always be diff. It used to be higher
