SUGGESTION: !restart command for TWBD

I can't be the only one who gets really annoyed playing a basing match where someone is AFK resulting in your or enemy team getting wiped out in an unfair battle. Thus, I would like to request a !restart feature to be added to MatchBots.

Both teams have to agree to restart the match and the command should only be available for the first minute.

I don't disagree, but suggest an alternative:

This process already happens:

Cap> everyone r?
Player1>
Player2>
...

That could be moved into the bot, such that players need to !r

Only downside is that getting all 16 players to individually ready check would take too much effort. I believe one of the main reasons why some happen to be AFK at start is because it takes so damn long to start each match considering how captains love to run the clock down.
