Now you've reset TWD, presumably to find squads for the next TWL, you need to outline who's guaranteed a place already.

Well the 8 playoff squads from each league make it. There are other factors like having to have a certain % of the roster from last season and stuff like that which im not sure of, but basicaly its all squads from playoffs.
TWLD
pallies
pirates
diso
ancients
-f- (dont think its to alive)
syndicate (dead)
sk8
Grapevine
TWLJ
-f- (same as above)
sk8
mambo
disoblige
synd
pallies
gv
pirates
TWLB
-f-
a-s
pallies
spastic
mambo
incuria
syndicate
disoblige
So there is 10 free spots in LD/LJ, and 8 LB spots to fill this off-season. Thats assuming -f- is dead, synd is dead, and the rest are gonna take there invitations and fit into the qualifications._o_2NASRALLAH

And also I'm not sure that next season will have the same amount of teams if they scrap conferences in TWL-B. I personally think that there are too many squads making the difference between the good and the bad squads too big.5: Da1andonly> !ban epinephrine

I dont know taht kind of stuff so i cant comment on it. I just put down the squads i know as of now 8)
About limiting the squads. This was said b4 this past season and it was limited in LB. I dont think it needs to be limited anymore. The population is getting bigger and there are alot of squads who are capable of winning any day vs any squad. I dont care if there is conferences or not, but i dont think u should limit the squads._o_2NASRALLAH
