If being raped in spawn is part of the (proposed) Spider league, then I doubt it'll get very much attention at all.

you spawn and you get 3 spiders surrounding you somewhat on the radar, not on the screen. not a big deal if you ask me. if you are surrounded on the screen when you spawn, its just luck

Make it so that team A starts on the left and Team B starts on the rite. When you die u spawn back up somewhere on the Right side of the base (near the same where u started) that way you dont spawn rite up in the middle of everyone. There are ways to get around the spawning and stuff like that. That isnt even the problem rite now. The problem is actualy getting a map that can fit this, plus getting the show on the road. Then u worry bout the little problems.

It should be a 2 vs 2 thing. Anymore and it becomes an elim style frenzy. 3 vs 3 might work too. I agree with more obstacles than just rocks. Probably best hosted in a small base type map. Really small, too big and things take to long. The respawns should probably be done in the twjd manner. Penalities if not found in base within 15 seconds or so. The idea is really great, and could probably done. I, myself love spids and would truelly enjoy it.

About the map; its gotta be close quarters style, with lots of holes here and there, not too much straigh hallways or open spaces. The player as to be given a chance to runaway and in a hallway or open space with 2 spids on u isn't very much fun. Either that or you get strayed like crazy.

More subs would probably be since, becuase the spider killing scheme seems to go back and forth constantly. Either that or increase the amount of kills needed to win the match, becuase a dd with spiders will go extremely fast with just 10 deaths for each player.

Lag limitations should be highered also. Anything above 200 ping is ridiculious in a spider.

A twsd leage is possible, but depends on what the mods say and who the hell feels like working on a new map that would actually work and making the match type feel like a jd or wbd, instead of a just a shoot up contest that leans on the opposite of true skill.

I doubt this would ever get off the ground anyways. Most mods wont touch it(not saying youre lazy, just that yall are busy with different projects and those are more important to most of you than one you dont think is necessary)

What if we got a volunteer to come up with a map and host it like a wbduel arena and just have a bot do it over and over. See how people like it, get some feedback and wala. Any takers?
