I'm not going to drone on about lag, we all know it sucks.
Anyone who's played long enough knows alot of people lag cheat, and alot of people just plain lag. And, it's almost impossible to catch them or prove it if they are cheating.
I was just thinking that it would perhaps be interesting for the matchbot to have a !lagsynch <player name> feature, where the bot checks your lag, and if it's better than your opponent <player name>, it synches his lag to yours, giving you the same lag he has, spike-limited of course.
You could only lagsynch one player for another, so if your team has only 1 mega laggot, only one of the opposing team could synch him.
I don't even know if this idea is even possible, but if it was, I think it would encourage squads to not lag cheat, and also use their good connections and turn off Kazaa or whatnot.
Whether lag makes you better or not is debatable (and irrelevant), but I think it would be an interesting feature and fair to squads that don't lag cheat and put forth the effort to not run Kazaa and use good connections in matches.
