I was playing in a match today, and found out they once again lowered the lag limit. I think it use to be 85, now they have it a 55.

Why do they keep changing this? 85 was fine, I rarely lagged out; now I have to cross my fingers and hope I don't lag out when I shoot someone.

    Oh well no one cares.

I have cable internet, but I'm on the westcoast and get average 110ms typical. I never ever run other Internet applications(P2P software..etc) in the background; since I don't want to lag too much and try to be fair.

As a person who was been forced to play on a 56k modem for all of his damn life, I have a few things to say. As much as you guys may complain about those who lag, the ones who lag have it worse. While you probably think we eat more shots than we take, there are other problems we have, because of lag, that balance out our performance anyway. We may get disconnected from the internet, "blink out," and so fourth. Normally, people who lag naturally have a bad connection, and bad connections mean getting disconnected from the internet, having to play low-quality games, and so fourth. I think the people who complain about others' lag are just looking for excuses for themselves. I would do anything not to lag. Sure, it's probably allowed me to eat a shot or two, but I've been disconnected in the middle of important games, had my whole inventory swiped on another, and so fourth. Stop making such a big deal over lag, please. Laggers on the internet are like handicapped people - as much as you don't like them hanging around, we'll always be there. Please, make lag restrictions more leniant.
