The wait is over! You can change your own name in TWD!

NOTE: THERE IS A 24 HOUR WAIT PERIOD WHEN YOU RESET A NAME!

1: Log in on the name you want to remove from TWD

2: Type ?go twd

3: PM the TWDBot with !resetname ( ex. :TWDBot:!resetname )
At this point you must wait 24 hours before you can register your new name.
You will be able to play on the name you reset within those 24 hours.

4: Once 24 hours has passed, return to the TWD arena with your new name

5: PM the TWDBot with !register ( ex. :TWDBot:!register )
You should get a message from the TWDBot confirming your registration.


The 24 hour wait period has been implemented to discourage players from changing squads several times throughout the day to play in matches for other squads.

If you are still unable to register your name, email TrenchWarsLeagues@yahoo.com explaining your problem.

Be warned, however, that this will not work if you have a family member playing because you will have 2 people registered on your connection. So if you do have more than one person playing from your house, you will still have to contact a TWD Op when switching names.

Squad applications are now handled automatically by TWDBot0. Please ?go twd and pm the bot with !help (:TWDBot0:!squadsignup). To sign up a squad you have to be ?squadjoined, ?squadowner of the squad and
!registered with AliasTron (check Weaver's guide above).

I got around to trying it, I let the 24 hours pass, when I went to register with Pip, it said another account was registered. So, I went back on the name that I had reset to check, it said another account was registered! no account that me or my brother have is registered, but it says it for everything. Anyone else have this problem?
